Kristal Rose
Kristal Rose is your visionary host of the Bloom Retreat, bringing a unique blend of playful, yet grounded energy adding a touch of spice and glamour to every experience. She is a certified Reiki Master and former Hollywood Hair Stylist, Kristal Rose now calls Costa Rica home, where she has lived with her family for over a decade.
Kristal Rose’s extensive experience hosting Goddess circles, coupled with her studies in trauma response therapy, ensures she creates the safest possible container—always filled with love and unwavering support.
Her core mission is to redefine the term "selfish," changing its negative connotation to a positive power. She passionately believes that when women unapologetically take care of themselves, they fill their own tanks and have infinitely more to offer the world. Kristal Rose wants to reminds women that the world needs their authentic selves and unique gifts more than ever:
